According to the Euro-Mediterranean Cultural Heritage Agency, the valorisation is a necessary aspect in the correct management of cultural heritage. The valorisation is a concept of extreme importance, as the recent Codice sui Beni Culturali, often stresses. The Cultural Heritage embodies the nation, and the civilization’s identity and, therefore, the national identity. A cultural object whatever kind it is ( architectural, artistic, social…) carries out, in our society a plurality of function: educational, entertaining, social, economic.
The correct management of cultural heritage becomes an advantage for the user, for the community, and for the very cultural object. In the cultural heritage field, an eminent place is reserved to the valorisation expressing itself through human resources, and specific know-how. In this way it is possible to offer to the public a better fruition of the cultural object. A correct valorisation is the key that a site of cultural interest can have to emerge in the always more crowded and competitive panorama of cultural and entertaining highlights
